Cindy Montgomery is a nationally renowned American designer, custom furniture maker, and couture designer with over 25 years of experience curating luxury residential and commercial environments, designing custom architectural projects and producing American-made bespoke furniture designs. Her attention to detail and approach to design is intricate, refined, and multi-faceted.
Cindy's worldwide travels, coupled with the expansive scope of her projects over the course of her career, have influenced her use of diverse materials, colors, textures, and shapes, all of which comes to life in her aesthetic visions. She has executed luxury design concepts for large-scale companies, builders, and investors as well as personal clients in San Antonio, Dallas, Minnesota, New York City, the Hamptons, many cities in California, and elsewhere. Her work has also been well received worldwide, with clients in Germany, Barbados, Switzerland, London, Fiji, Singapore, and Australia.
Cindy designed and recently launched an artisanal crafted American-made furniture collection to include senior and children’s furniture lines. She collaborates with talented craftsmen, artisans and artists that have been hand-picked by her.
In addition to her expansive entrepreneurial background, Cindy previously served as a national designer / consultant at a major national retail brand and helped financially resurrect their business from poor performing to high revenue status. Over the course of her career, she also launched and sold a very successful national franchise (a high-end real estate staging company), which she owned and operated and was number one in sales and design for 13 years. Her achievements won her national yearly recognition and awards.
Cindy's designs have been extensively featured on a variety of shows on both the HGTV and DIY Networks, reaching over 11 million viewers each week. One show aired for three years and another for 16 episodes. She has been published in Smart Money, Bloomberg, and many other magazines and periodicals. She also developed and designed an exclusive couture fashion line as well as a custom furniture collection for a renowned actress and she was set designer for a movie featured on the Hallmark Channel.
